Our analysis methods are based on competence evaluation. We are specialized in IT and finance fields. The interview and testing situation starts from the general level and ends up to very specific details regarding the job field and work tasks. Beside the job related tests the main areas to be evaluated are communication, information sharing, and presentation skills of the candidate. In special cases we use psychological evaluation to complement the result.
Both evaluation methods can be ordered separately and the most comprehensive result can achieved by combining the competence method and psychological evaluation.
