know the most common analytics tools

know data bases and data warehousing systems

and who can help customers to choose, validate and optimize the best possible solutions for their purposes

Finnish skills are usually required (not always) and the work is to be done either under a consultancy type of fixed term (usually long) or permanent contract or as an employee.
