The alternative model of employement is a rental contract where employee makes the contract of employement with MindFit Consulting Oy but the actual work place is on a customer side.

Based on company needs MindFit seeks or headhunts the most qualified candidates by meeting every potential applicant in person. Candidates are interviewed and tested and their motivations are analyzed. Only the best possible candidates will be delivered to the company. MindFit completes the entire recruitment process at its own risk and charges companies only when they end up hiring the applicant as a result of MindFit recommendation. The company can also rent employees from MindFit. If company wants candidates to be tested by psychologist that will be done by our own Doctor of Psychology.
In case of leasing people via MindFit, the company has an option to buy and recruit the employee directly at any time during the rental contract.
