Useisiin eri ICT-alan projekteihin haemme kansainvälisen kokemuksen/asenteen omaavia projektipäälliköitä, jotka
  • motivoivat tiimiläisiä ja nostattavat ryhmähenkeä
  • puhuvat sujuvasti sekä koodikieltä että liiketoiminnan parametrejä
  • ovat tottuneet tukemaan myyntiä teknisellä tasolla
  • pystyvät mittaamaan tekijöiden tehokkuutta
  • pystyvät valitsemaan tiimiinsä parhaat tekijät niin talon sisältä kuin uusissa rekrytoinneissa
