Applying is now easier
In cooperation with CMS Made Simple MindFit has launched a new easy to use applying system. That can be seen by applying for some of our open position. Because of the specific data stored via Applying form by candidates MindFit can find the right matches between candidates and companies more efficiently. It also makes the whole recruitment process faster including schdeduling the personal interviews.
It is notable that MindFit doesn't collect Curriculum data from the slow-filling web templates but receives hand made CVs sent via Applying form.
