Viivi Tuhkala

Viivi studies in Jyväskylä School of Business and Economics and will graduate in 2017 with a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration. She works as a HR Assistant and headhunter in MindFit. She studies Management and Leadership as her major and Marketing, Accounting and Communications as minors. Viivi is interested in different areas of human resources management, especially in recruitment, talent management, internal and external communications and employer branding. Her bachelor’s and master’s theses concentrate on digitalization in the finance industry. Viivi has gained international experience through studying and working abroad, and she enjoys working with people from different kinds of cultures.
